Debt Management
With a Debt Management Plan (DMP) you will be able to consolidate your existing unsecured debt into just one payment you can realistically afford
It is most suitable for debtors with unsecured debt levels between £3,000 to £10,000. If you are having serious debt problems with more than £15,000 of unsecured debt, then you might want to consider an IVA.
A Debt Management Plan means that you can regain financial control as you only pay what you can afford once you have paid all your essential bills.
We will try to get your creditors to freeze interest and charge, and we will deal with their letters and phone calls.
For more information, please call our freephone number on 0808 131 9107, or fill in your details in the Quick Enquiry Form so we can contact you.
Entering into an IVA may adversely affect your
credit rating for up to six years from the date of approval.
Your property will be protected within an
IVA but you may be required to release all or part of any equity during the
period of the arrangement.
Failure to complete the term of an IVA can
result in bankruptcy.
(In Scotland, a PTD is the equivalent to an IVA.)
